TT ICPS Engineering III

Simon Ziegltrum, M.Sc.,is working at the Institute of Automation and Information Systems of the Technical University of Munich as a researcher. His research interests are modern methods of model-based systems engineering for variant-rich automated production systems. Especially, he is developing approaches to improve systems testing, quality assurance,as well as debugging in this field.

Julia Mayer was born in Wels (Austria) and received the Bachelor and Master degrees in Mathematics from the Johannes Kepler University in Linz (Austria). She is currently working as Research and Development Engineer (area Sensors & Communications) at Linz Center of Mechatronics GmbH (LCM) in Linz. Her research fields are Pattern Recognition and Artificial Intelligence especially Machine Learning.

Agusmian Partogi Ompusunggu (Male) is a senior research engineer and project leader at Flanders Make vzw, Belgium. He is experienced in transforming from low into high TRL R&D project results and has been working in joint industrial R&D projects in the area of (i) development of PHM systems, (ii) structural dynamics/vibration analysis, (iii) industrial big data analytics, (iv) smart sensing & monitoring, (v) material testing & characterization, (vi) contact mechanics & tribology, and (vii) additive manufacturing. He earned his bachelor degree in mechanical engineering (B.Eng) in 2004 and master degree in mechanical engineering (M.Eng) in 2006 both from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), Indonesia. Later on, he pursued a PhD degree in mechanical engineering at the KU Leuven, Belgium, and obtained the PhD degree in 2012 with the focus on the development of a condition monitoring and prognostics system for automatic transmissions.
